Equipment to Rent for a Safe Return to Events During the Pandemic

Events in 2021?! We say yes!

With the vaccine rollout well underway, events are finally back! We are thrilled to be back with our clients (old and new!) planning for highly anticipated gatherings after more than a year of social isolation. Temperatures are warming up in the Greater Boston area, and we are once again looking at outdoor graduations, beer gardens and much more. Covid-19 is still very much of concern, however, so it is important to adhere to federal, state and local guidelines while also taking into account the comfort level of your guests. Renting event equipment can help your organization make a safe return to events during the pandemic. Read on for some of the items our clients are utilizing to mitigate risk of an outbreak from their gathering.

Hand Sanitizer Stations

Hand sanitizer stations are a no-brainer for a clean, safe event! Ours are automatic and touch-free. Hand sanitizer is an essential tool to stop germs from spreading, and a nicely presented sanitizer station makes it easy for guests to use the sanitizer throughout the event. Many event organizers will position the hand sanitizing stations at the event's exits and entrances for maximum visibility.

Hand Washing Sink

Renting a hand washing sink is an excellent idea for your next event! These sinks are easy to transport and setup, and will put your guests at ease.

Retractable Stanchions

AKA tensa barriers. Stanchions, barricades and fencing can help your guests remain socially distanced, without the need to print stickers or devote a task member to line management.

Sign Holders

Sign holders are another great way to remind guests at the event to remain distanced, use hand sanitizer and leave if they experience symptoms.
