How Many Seats Fit at a Table at Your Next Event
Wondering what size table to rent for your event? Not sure how many people fit at a 6-foot table or a 60-in round? We have more than 65 years of experience providing rentals to events in Boston and beyond. From an intimate Thanksgiving dinner at a private home to seating for 1,000 at the Boston Convention Center we've done it all. Check out the guide we use below!
Round Table Sizes
36" round: 4-5 seats (cocktails only)
48" round: 6-8 seats
54" round: 7-9 seats
60" round: 8-10 seats
72" round: 10-12 seats
Rectangular Table Sizes
6-foot: 8 seats
8-foot: 10 seats
It's important to note that a 36" or 30" round table can be adjusted to seating or standing height. "Seated height" is also sometimes referred to as "cabaret height."
